No loud music or disruptive noise is allowed on the premises. We strive to maintain a serene environment for everyone's enjoyment. A warning for the first offense will be issued, and if the disruption continues, a fee of $100 will be charged.

Daily housekeeping services are included. Kindly maintain cottage cleanliness. Avoid disposing of food in sinks or sanitary products in toilets. Utilize the designated bins for waste disposal. A $50 fine will be imposed for improper trash disposal to uphold cleanliness standards.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or accommodation during their stay. Costs for repairs or replacements will be billed directly to the client's credit card, in addition to a penalty fee of $150.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottages and farmhouse for the safety and comfort of all guests. A penalty of $150 will be charged for any violation of the no-smoking policy.

Pets are not permitted on the premises to maintain cleanliness and uphold hygiene standards. A penalty of $150 will be charged for any violation of the no-pets policy.

Guests are expected to adhere to designated check-in time earliest 14: 00 pm and check- out time latest 10:00 am to facilitate smooth operations and ensure a pleasant experience for all. A late check-out fee of $50 will be charged for every hour delayed beyond the designated check-out time without agreement with management.

Respectful behavior and consideration towards other guests and staff members are required at all times. A penalty depending on the severity of any disrespectful behavior may result in a warning or, in extreme cases, eviction from the premises with no refund.

Our focus is on achieving high levels of eco sustainability. We kindly request guests to refrain from placing towels in the laundry daily and instead reuse them for a minimum of 2 days to help conserve water on the premises.

In consideration of security protocols, all deliveries will not be accepted beyond 8pm. This established policy is designed to safeguard the security and welfare of both our esteemed guests and dedicated staff members

For the safety of both our guests and the local wildlife, we kindly request that all cottage windows be securely closed when unattended and during the night. This small gesture not only ensures your comfort but also contributes to the preservation of our natural surroundings. Thank you for your cooperation in creating a peaceful cohabitation between humans and wildlife.

For fitness enthusiasts, the gym is open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. Guests are encouraged to wear appropriate gym attire and ensure equipment used are returned in the rack after use. We kindly ask that phone calls be taken outside the gym area to ensure a comfortable environment for all.

The swimming pool is open daily from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Swimming outside these hours is not allowed. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Please avoid diving, running, or rough play, and remember to shower before entering the pool to help keep the water clean.
